In our first session, we’ll gently assess your system and offer support to areas ready for recalibration. We may also explore energy cards for insight, sound, and neuroaffective touch. Each session is tailored to what feels most supportive for your healing at this time.

This extended session integrates intuitive mapping, applied coaching, breathwork, and hands-on energy support and biofield tuning. In-person sessions are enhanced with a PEMF and infrared light mat to support parasympathetic activation, microcirculation, and deeper systemic regulation. This added layer helps the body settle, receive, and integrate more fully.

Modalities
Sound Healing
Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs. Using bowls, tuning forks, and voice, sound sessions work directly with the nervous system and the body's vibrational field. Most people notice a shift in their physical tension and mental state within a single session.
Energy
Through Reiki and biofield tuning, this work addresses the energy field that surrounds and runs through the body. Sessions are quiet and hands-on, focused on clearing patterns that haven't responded to other approaches.
Movement
Drawing from Qigong and yoga, these sessions use slow, deliberate movement to build a real relationship between mind and body. The practices are simple enough to continue independently — that's the point.
Coaching & Mapping
Using Human Design, Gene Keys, and NLP, this work helps you understand why you keep ending up in the same patterns — and what to do differently. Sessions are structured, practical, and grounded in your specific situation.
