I am writing to share a bit about my personal healing journey.
My journey began 28 years ago when I started experiencing persistent vertigo, dizziness, brain fog, bloating, and an overactive nervous system, which led to anxiety and fear. Despite numerous specialist visits and extensive hospital tests showing no physical cause, I knew something was amiss. This led me to explore holistic approaches to uncover the root cause.
Initially, dietary changes, especially going gluten-free and experimenting with various diets and detox methods, offered some relief. However, a lingering sense of unease and emotional instability prompted me to seek deeper well-being, leading me to my first yoga class. This experience sparked a profound journey of self-discovery, opening doors to many other healing modalities. I became a devoted yoga practitioner and, eventually, a teacher.
My exploration then guided me to the realm of energy, where I encountered my first Qigong Master. I was fascinated by how subtle hand movements could realign my spine, and the resonance I felt with this practice was profound. I studied with various Masters, became a certified group instructor, and began teaching Qigong.
Around the same time, I was introduced to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy. I enrolled in an 18-month certification program, which significantly expanded my understanding of the subconscious mind and its influence on behaviors, habits, patterns, and beliefs.
After completing this course, I felt a strong pull towards hands-on healing. As a highly sensitive person, I could often sense or even see the pain others experienced and receive intuitive messages for them. It became clear that my purpose was to help others heal by sharing healing tools, connecting the dots for them, and actively raising my own vibration and consciousness to be of service. I am deeply committed to this life purpose work and guiding clients on their unique spiritual healing journeys.
Many years ago, during a meditation practice, I had a profound awakening experience that is challenging to put into words. It involved a white column of light opening up and rushing through me in a fleeting moment. The feeling of safety and familiarity, along with the intense brightness, remains vivid. While I wasn't courageous enough to share this experience back then, today I can honestly say that the world holds incredible magic when we open ourselves to the unknown.
This journey of continuous healing and learning is ongoing. My desire to learn, experience, and serve as a vessel of light to help others heal has become my life's purpose. I am excited to connect with you, help you discover your own root causes, and support your healing so that you, in turn, can help others. What a remarkable journey we are all on.
Thank you for allowing me to share this with you. I feel deep gratitude.
